Cuatrecasas Acelera the first European startup accelerator promoted by a law firm. Its objective is to promote projects through a 5-month program in which it provides legal advice from all areas of law/legal practices that startups require, with the goal of working on legal strategies that facilitate the growth of startups.

The 5 phases of the 11th edition

MAY 18 – JUNE 26, 2026
Apply
Apply to the program through the form available on our website. On June 1, 2, and 16, we are holding legal events for startups in Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona respectively.

JUNE AND JULY 2026
Evaluation
After the application deadline, the evaluation committee made up of partners, support staff and external and collaborators reviews all applications and informs the startups that have been shortlisted.

SEPTEMBER 7–9, 2026
Selection Days
The shortlisted startups pitch to the selection committee. After evaluating the presentations, the committee selects up to seven startups for the program.

October 2026
Let’s get started!
On October 5, a Bootcamp kicks off the program. Startups meet their legal mentors, receive legal and business training, and run investment simulations.

FEBRUARY 2027
Demo Day
After months of intense work, startups from the program take part in a closing event attended by investors, customers, and ecosystem players. It’s not a goodbye, but the beginning of a long-term relationship with Cuatrecasas.
